Capt. Tim and I (Capt. Britt) have both grown up on Florida’s spectacular waters, being on the water is our true love. We enjoy nothing more than being able to share our passion, experience, and tricks to others. Our ancestors lived off this land and I am sure they enjoyed doing so just as much as we do. Eating fish that is actually fresh makes fish from a grocery store taste awful.
Not only is it gratifying to eat off the land as our ancestors have, but it is also the adrenaline rush we get that makes us love what we do. Anything from shooting a sheepshead with a bow and arrow, to fighting a bull red with 8lb test line is a thrill.
Nothing is like the experience of harvesting a alligator, we have gained much respect for the alligators strength, stealth, speed, and stamina.
The Peace and tranquility that is experienced on the water is another reason for our passion, nature has a way of showing life in a different light.
