headed out of port angles marina went out to coyote bank about a 40 min trip. started drift fishing with 2 1\2 pound weight spreader bar with squid and a scent releaser inside the squid. fished the bottom for about 2 hours and then the 30 pounder hit! fought the fish for about 15 minuets. when landed I thought it was bigger but the scales revealed only 29 pounds 9 ounces.
