BILOXI, MS - THREE DAYS IN THE BACK BAY OF BILOXI

Ran trips on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on less that favorable weather conditions. However, all three days my clients fished hard, and their rainy and windy day efforts would pay big dividens.

On Saturday, comeback clients Casey and Amanda Wood of Texas, as well as their young son Ethan hammered the redfish, sheepshead, flounder, black drum, speckled trout, and ground mullet.

Their take home catch included: 5 redfish, 3 black drum, 13 sheepshead, 2 flounders, 3 speckled trout, and 2 ground mullet.

Excellent inshore light tackle fun, and they are coming back in June to fish with me again, and a number of their friends are booking trips aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS too.

On Sunday, I was blessed with another great group of anglers including Nick Ward, Mark Kenner, Justin Desorcy, and Anna Hitchcock, and they too had to fish in rainy conditions. But they were relentless, and managed to load up on redfish, sheepshead, black drum, flounders, white trout, speckled trout, and ground mullet.

Their take home catch included: 6 flounders, 2 redfish, 6 speckled trout, 2 sheepshead, 3 black drum, and 50 or so white trout and ground mullet. More happy clients, and Nick the die-hard angler he is will be back again this summer to do it again.

On Monday, a father and daughter duo of Buddy and Caroline Brannon fished in the rain, and they too enjoyed excellent light tackle fun. When the $30 worth of live bait was used up, well, they had 6 beautiful redfish 13 sheepshead, and a flounder.
